Are You Tired of Trying to Figure Out How to Market Your Private Practice?

Do you feel like you have a pursuer-distancer relationship with marketing? Or that you’ve tried everything you can think of and nothing has worked?

Are you inspired by great ideas, but don't follow through?

Feel like there must be a secret, but you can’t seem to find it?

Well, There IS a Secret… and That’s the Good News

The secret is this: Marketing isn’t about chasing partial solutions in a start-stop manner. Those who succeed in private practice marketing are those who implement a system that works. There are some tricks to the system, but once you learn them, you’ve got it.

But, There’s Also Bad News…

The bad news is this: It isn’t magic. It’s not so titillating, really. It’s much more about following a process. Once you learn it, it’s kind of boring, actually.

But it works! And it allows you to do the things that you really like doing – like seeing lots of clients. Like doing the work you’re meant to do.

Don’t believe it?

If you've already taken other trainings that have fallen short, you should feel skeptical about taking any more courses. I don't blame you!

Many of the therapists I’ve trained were very leery that there was an answer to this problem they’ve struggled with so long. Heck, I felt the same way, myself!

And this is what we’ve all found. There is an answer to this mystery called “marketing." This system makes total sense. Not “sense” just for anyone, but for therapists, in particular!

It's Simple

"This is the first time that I've been walked through the process, and each step of the way, I've completed assignments that have clearly demonstrated and reinforced that this is what you do. I feel so empowered! Thanks, Becky, for making this so incredibly easy."

The 4-Step System for Private Practice Marketing

Course Flow Chart Clarify your niche Develop your marketing message Article writing for therapists Website strategies

Step 1 is to choose a Niche. A niche is what allows you to communicate, very clearly, to those you can help regarding the problem you can solve. Without a niche, you portray yourself as a jack-of-all-trades and master of none. If you define your niche well, you’ll quickly reach “expert” status.

Step 2 is to Craft your Message. This is where you present a marketing message to your potential client that makes them feel as if you are talking directly to them. (“OMG! That’s me!”) This message follows a specific 7-step formula and is one of the most valuable tools you’ll acquire to help with any venture you ever pursue.

Step 3 is to Show your Expertise by writing articles. Once you connect with your potential client, you want to give them valuable information. In so doing, you are not only being helpful, but you’re establishing credibility, and beginning to build a relationship. There are many ways to provide valuable information, but one of the best ways is to write articles.

Step 4 is to Automate your marketing process. A website is helpful in implementing this system. If you’re interested in using a website to implement your marketing system, you may be interested in our last course, where we teach you to take what you’ve already created in the first three courses and utilize the power of the internet to automate the system. The website, itself, is included in the price of this course!

The steps have a rhyme and reason to them.

They match a potential client’s process of “buying” anything.

Not only do they make sense, but they can also be implemented offline or online.

Why People Say About Our Classes

"When I first heard about the class, I thought that it sounded way too positive. I was kind of like, "Yeah, right."

What I've appreciated about it is the step-by-step approach, the demystifying of marketing on the Internet, and the insight into how I can actually make this an expression of me. It's all very exciting!

Taking it in small pieces, week after week, has helped me develop confidence and a foundation. I've taken several practice building classes before, and I left with a booklet and it was up to me to implement without support. With the year-long support and your continued encouragement, I don't feel like this is going to leave me soon."

Carol Herrick, MA, LPC

I never really thought that marketing could be learned. I just thought that some people were good at it. That you had it or you didn’t. Now that I know how to go about it, I feel so empowered.”

From the beginning, I knew Becky was super-competent. Becky gets it - she really understands what works and what doesn’t both in terms of technology and in terms of the psychology of caring for the client in search of the right therapist. She's an extraordinary resource. Even though I've already been very successful marketing myself online, I learn from her every time we talk or exchange strategies.

I like working with Becky because she thinks clearly and out-ofthe- box, understands multiple perspectives, and is decisive. She also follows-through on her commitments. Therapists would really benefit by working with Becky, as she knows how market herself successfully! In a short time, she’s built a full therapy practice. Becky’s work is unique because she comes from a consulting background. She understands how to build and grow a business, as well as how to deliver therapy services.
